Our items are made with extensive attention to detail and high quality materials. However should there be any defect in our product, please notify us at email@example.com to request an exchange. We are glad to accept returns or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase. The item’s original tags must be attached and it must be in new, unwashed/undamaged condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. You will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS POLICY
You will be responsible for the cost of any customs or import duties once your package arrives to your country. We are unable to estimate this cost for you as it varies from country to country. We are not responsible for any delays through customs clearance as they are out of our control.
